IPv6 account creation

The EarthLink R&D IPv6-enabled firmware replacement uses an authenticated IPsec tunnel on the public (WAN) interface of the WRT54G, and in which is encapsulated the IPv6 traffic of interest.

Establishing this IPsec tunnel, whose endpoints are the WRT54G WAN interface and the IPv6 routing service at EarthLink R&D, requires configuring the WRT54G running the IPv6-enabled replacement firmware with a valid username/password. This special "IPsec" username/password is obtained by completing the form below. This IPsec username/password is not the same username/password as you may be using to establish a PPPoE with your ISP. This IPsec username/password is separate and distinct from anything you may already be using.

Note that the IPsec username must be in the form of a fully-qualified email address. This email address will also be used to send a confirmation message containing a link that must be clicked within 24 hours to complete the account creation process. The email address will only be used to authenticate and administer your IPv6 IPsec tunnel account, and will not be used for marketing purposes.
