Customize sounds

You can customize the sounds that Conference Manager produces for specific events.
  1. Open the Conference Manager Configuration window by clicking Configuration... on the login window, or Prefs... on the main Conference Manager window.

  2. The following configuration window will open:

  3. Click Customize Event Sounds. The following window will open:

  4. Select an event from the list, and chose Default, None, or Custom. By selecting Custom, you can select the sound file of your choice. The sound file may be in WAV or AU format. Select None to disable all sound for the specified event or select Default to restore the default behavior.

  5. When you have completed customing the event sounds, click Done and then click Save Settings on the main configuration window.
