Private Chat
Private Chat allows two people who are logged into
Conference Manager to exchange messages directly without anyone else
seeing what is written. To send a private message, look for the
name of the person you want to chat with in the Participants list
on the conference session window:
Double-click the person's name to start a private chat session.
A new window will open, as shown below:
Messages that you type within a Private Chat window will only be
visible to the person whose user ID appears in the title bar of the
window.
Any messages
that you receive in a Private Chat window will only be
visible to you. Private Chat messages do not appear in any other chat
areas.
You can also open a private chat session from the People list
on the main Conference Manager window.
Double-click the user's name, or click the name to select the user,
then right-click to bring up a pop-up menu, and select Chat.
